If you have had an upper or maxillary tooth extracted, and your oral surgeon or your assistant has instructed you to use SINUS PRECAUTIONS, then please adhere to the following:

No nose blowing for 7 days
No closed mouth coughs
No sucking
No smoking

Take all prescribed medications as instructed.
