Dr. Elie Freilich is a specialist in oral and maxillofacial surgery. He grew up in New York, where he received his bachelors majoring in computer science. Despite his love of technology, he switched gears and got his doctorate in dental surgery from Stony Brook University.
He then advanced his training at the oral and maxillofacial surgery residency program at Boston University Medical Center and Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Medical Center, two Level I trauma centers. In that period, he had extensive training in dentoalveolar surgery, implant and pre-prosthetic surgery, office-based anesthesia, orthognathic surgery, maxillofacial trauma, TMJ disorders, oral pathology, and surgical oncology.
